Q:How Do I  Cancel an Order?

 

A: Your print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production a.Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services. All cancellations must be completed through email request.

Q:Are Turn-Around Times Gauranteed?

 

A: (this applies to production times only)

Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered,on rare ocassions a job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. We will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time.

A:Shipping options are listed on this page below the Q&A section. If Rush Shipping or Rush Production is available for your print product you wil see the option in the last column of the store also at the top of the Product page. Otherwise Rush is not available for the particular product or options your'e ordering.

We know that it can be complicated to make that bound in ordering business cards, postcards, or other print products offered online at www.tygerprint.com, therefore, we want to take the worry out so that you can focus on creating great business cards, envelopes, letterheads, postcards and stickers with our offered Free PDF Proof emailed prior to printing, as well as finding amazing products and deals!

Please note that due to the nature of our full-color printing (CMYK), we cannot print every color available. We do not color match; therefore, we offer print industry's standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible.

We offer Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee to our first-time retail customers for the print products that we sell. This includes business cards, postcards, envelopes, letterhead and etc. If you are not entirely satisfied with the finished printed product you can send it back to us for a full refund of the printing cost only. Any products ordered with a subtotal over $100.00 are considered to be a large order. It is recommended that you first place a small order before placing a large order for this guarantee to be valid; that way you will know exactly what quality to look forward to.

 

Tyger Print will correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, color and print shift or printing delays. As a customer, you are responsible for submitting print ready files. This includes full bleed to your press-ready digital files by adding 0 .1" dimension for business cards, postcards and rack cards, add 0.125" for all other products. All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolutions. All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) color mode and black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale.

Shipping Options

UPS Standard

With our three p locations in CA, KY and NJ we are able to ship via UPS Ground within 1-2 days to almost anywhere in the Continental U.S. Because we can reach you so quickly using UPS Ground shipping, there is rarely a need for more expensive shipping options. To see the estimated delivery time of an order, type the delivery zip code in the "Estimate Shipping" section at the bottom of the pricing calculator. If UPS Ground is not the best option for you, we can also ship Three Day Select, Second Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air - Early A.M.

Freight

For heavier deliveries, we use UPS freight to save you money with a variety of delivery options to accommodate your ability to receive larger deliveries. The three options are:

UPS Freight - No Liftgate: The delivery truck will come to your business or home. You will be entirely responsible for removing the pallet from their truck. This option is only recommended for businesses with a forklift or standard 48" high dock w/ pallet jack.

UPS Freight - With Liftgate: The delivery truck will come to your business or home. They will lower the pallet to the ground on a lift gate. You will be entirely responsible for moving the pallet yourself. This option is only recommended if you have a pallet jack or fork lift.

UPS Freight - Inside Delivery: The delivery truck will come to your business or home. They will lower the pallet to the ground on a lift gate and move the pallet inside to ground level. If you need it delivered to a higher floor, you must have a FREIGHT elevator.



Production Turn-Around Times


A: Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up. Local delivery orders will be delivered on the next scheduled day for your zone (excluding the day of production). It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed "in hands" date.

Same Day Turnaround option is only available on limited products and for quantities up to 500.

 

Same Day Turnaround (not available at all locations)

Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If a job has revised files, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from time the approval is given. We reserve the right to print same day orders on digital press equipment. Orders that complete after 5:00PM may not be available for pick up until the following morning.
